Full renovation of historic Oast House – Stage Three: The pool house

Structural work on the pool house included underpinning the entire building, reroofing (including conservation roof lights), repointing brickwork, installing new drainage and manholes to connect to the existing system, cast iron guttering and rear surface water drainage.

We redeveloped the interior and formed a main room with underfloor heating and limestone flooring. We built a new changing room, toilet with shower area and added a kitchenette to one end. Our in-house carpenters created all the bespoke interior woodwork and joinery. For the finishing touches we fitted new doors and windows, and decorated.
